How to use the Merge PDF

Combine PDF drawings, documents and images into one PDF, for example to issue a drawing set or send a submission as a single file.

  1. Add PDF files or images (JPG, PNG) by dropping them in or choosing them.
  2. Drag pages into the order you want; rotate or remove any page.
  3. Download the merged PDF.

Worked example

Combine a cover sheet, twelve A1 drawings and a door schedule into one issue PDF, move the schedule to the end, rotate a landscape detail sheet, and download it as one file.

Good to know

  • Drawings stay vector: pages are copied, not re-rendered, so lines stay sharp at any zoom.
  • Need sheet numbers, a drawing list or title blocks? Open the full PDF Studio from this page.
  • Everything runs in your browser, so confidential drawings are never uploaded.

Questions

Can I change the page order before merging?

Yes. Every page appears as a thumbnail. Drag pages to reorder them, rotate or delete them, then download one PDF.

Can I add images?

Yes. JPG, PNG and WebP images become pages in the merged PDF.

Are my files uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser on your own computer. Files are never sent to Aakaar or anywhere else, and they are deleted when you leave the page.
